Their are other fall color albums on SP. But they are getting large and I have submitted many photos, with many more to go. Thus I thought it appropriate to separate out this subgroup since most of mine are set in New England. Feel free to attach your own New England color photos.

There are other reasons to have a focused New England fall colors album. While in many other areas, fall colors add some enhancement to a view, in New England the colors generally are the entire view. Perhaps no where does color come in such volumes as can be seen on a clear October New England day. The character of the color is also much different from other areas, particularly the western U.S., due to the dense nature of the forest and species mix generally present. Making an effort to visit the region in the fall is something everyone should consider.
