Ancient Trees of Harsh Environments

It seems that the oldest and strangest looking trees seem to grow on the very tops of mountains. Up there they have to battle constant winds and heavy snows so they are naturally not as tall as their lower elevation counterparts. These conditions often make them stronger and look stranger. If you have any great photos of weird looking ancient (or otherwise) trees, please post them here!
