Route Description

This stellar route is found on the Incisor Rock near Window Rock. Skyline is a long, single pitch climb to the summit . Two ropes (60 meter) are needed to rap off the summit. Follow up a crack system, then transition to a finger, undercling traverse. Then transition to hand/fist crack (depending on hand size) to summit. Climbing guides say the crack goes to the summit, which is a slight exaggeration. The crack runs out about 30 feet from the summit--leading to run out slab finish. There are good bolted anchors on top with a series of shallow, but comfortable ledges.

Essential Gear

Cams, cams, nuts, and more cams.
