"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

Untitled CommentPretty popular mountain in the Basque country
that I did not know is near Guernica. Good photos
Longitude and Latiude I am guessing but
latitude 43.2 N longitude 2.5 W a bit northeast of Durango? My map has Durango but not Urkiola.

Untitled Commentthanks for the vote. I've search in my GPS the coordinates of the summit: 43º05.17N and 2º35.48W (you're fast, I'm still writing the page but thanks).
The best map is the CP "Durangaldea"- M.Angulo of Sua Ed (I'll put the link)

Untitled CommentLooks like an interesting area. I bet Txindoki and Anboto are visible from one another.

Untitled Commentwell, this mountains are near, certanly but it's not possible, just in the middle is AIZKORRI, the highest point of Basque country (1551meters). I'm sorry but it's sad (but obviously from Aizkorri you can see both mountains!)

Untitled CommentAnboto is right south of Durango, maybe a little bit southeast. You take the road from Durango to Vitoria and stop at Urkiola mountain pass for the normal route. Can't remember the distance right now, but it seems to me about ten to fifteen kilometers south of Durango.

Untitled CommentExcellent, vey thorough page! Beautiful pictures which (once again) remind me of the Sardinian mountains, which are at approximately the same elevation. Too bad it was so dizzy for the summit views. But we had the same problem on Sardinia as well :-(
