Pleasant Ridge
Three times so far. Once from the nearest trailhead on Skyline Drive (continuing west cross-country to Three Sisters), once from Elk Wallow (as a loop including Knob Mountain), and once as a 100% bushwhack from VA 654 that included Kibler Knob and all of the Three Sisters.

From the valley floor
My last mountain of 2011. I hiked it from the valley floor outside the park. It was a good hike. On the way back, the crossing of Jeremy's Run turned out to be pretty difficult, and my feet were soaked. Same thing happened to the other hikers I talked to, so it wasn't just my klutziness.
Done it a couple of times from the bottom by starting outside the park and going up the Jeremy's Run Trail. There used to be a fire foot trail that came into the AT a bit north of where the Neighbor Mountain Trail hits it that would take you back down to the Jeremy's Run Trail; you can still bushwhack it.
