"After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world."

WorthyI combined it with Lewis Peak. No views on the summit, but I enjoyed the bushwhack to reach it. Nice views of Lewis Peak from its southern slopes.

Quiet - Even on a Long WeekendI did this one as a solo hike on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend in 2004. I did see another group of hikers, but for most of the time I felt like I was the only one on the mountain. Very peaceful, and when you get a break in the trees, there are some nice views. If memory serves me correctly one has nice views of Massanutten Mt from Rocky Top.

One of the best in the parkIt's long for an SNP hike, but the views, rocks, wildlife, and QUIET are worth it every time.
