The AVBlue skies but hazy as well. Very windy at the top, which made the 90-degree temps bearable. The summit register suggests that this hike attracts a sensitive, diverse set of hikers who leave the trail in much better condition than similar ones a few miles south...

Xmas PresentDid this hike on xmas day, Grama lives in Lake LA which is a few miles down the road. Took my 5 year old, the wife, and the mini doxie. Hiked from the Interpetive Center to top, about 3 miles one way. Fun stuff great views of the Mojave Desert
