A Beautiful Night at Klawatti Camp

Taken August 25, 2012 on our way to Klawatti Peak. This was taken with a 30 second shutter speed. The moon lit up the snow making the landscape very beautiful.

Thanks Parofes, I admit that this is probably my personal favorite. Years of night photography practice is starting to pay off.

Really Fantastice

There's so many things about this shot that are amazing. The peaks in the background, the light in the tent. What I like the most are the little dots of light on the snow in the foreground.

And to think I considered using "The rule of Thirds" on this photo. But then realized that I would lose too many good qualities if I had only a single subject in the photo. Thanks Gimpilator for your comment.

Thanks Vid. This was one of the most scenic camping places that I've ever stayed at. Evening was wonderful to watch the moon come out with all the lit up peaks.
