We were doing some sightseeing around Andahua (or Andagua) and decided to climb Yanamuras, although we didn't know the name of it then. I was able to make a needed cell phone call from the top which was an added bonus.

Volcanoes
Even after eight long days of trekking and climbing, I insisted that we climb both volcanoes. They were much easier climbs than our other treks.

Layover day
After eight days of climbing and trekking in the Colca region, we found ourselves with a day to kill in Andagua since the buses all leave at night. I climbed the two volcanoes with my son Kessler.
