nice hike
I did get confused and up rugged east (slightly SE) ridge, encountered 4th class terrain, but on the way down and used the east ridge (little NE) , and it was a pleasant class 2 hike on a good trail. The trail is hard to find from the saddle, you have to cross some meadows and trust that it is there.
