Via West slopes
Non-standard approach up the west slopes to Dark Fin Tower from the PCT, starting near the confluence of Glacier and Agnes creeks. No brush at all - probably a lot more pleasant than the standard Swamp Creek approach. The glacier was in rough shape this time of year and we had to traverse some steep sketchy ice. From the summit, we descended a bit into the Glacier Creek drainage and then bushwhacked to get back to the west slopes, where we dropped back down our ascent route without difficulty.

11 Bulgers in one trip!
Did as part of my big Glacier Peak Wilderness Trip where we climbed Emerald, Cardinal (including its south peak), Saska, Pinnacle, South Spectacle Butte, Fernow, Copper, Flora, Martin, Bonanza and Dark Peaks. 9 days, 78.5 miles, and 44,300 feet gain!
