Dihedral Route, 5.10
With David from the west coast. Fantastic two nights and two days of climbing on the Juggernaut. You will not find a better pairing of 5.10 fun trad routes in the Eastern Sierra. The beauty of the hike, best enjoyed from the views on return, coupled with an outstanding remote backcountry camping spot, clean granite, fun movement, solid pro, not overly challenging in endurance or time it takes to climb each route. A mellow and fun jaunt up the Juggernaut. I am probably one of the few who actually enjoyed the Dihedral climb ever bit as much if not more than Crimson Gem. The 3rd pitch is outstanding.
