Thanks for adding this one. I wanted to hike this canyon but decided not to because other people in my group were worried they would not be able to fit through. How narrow does it get?
There is a technical finish to this route that involves two rappels and potentially a keeper pothole. You rap off an arch and do a short but tight wade/swim to the Escalante River. Just thought I add it in case someone is looking for a bit more adventure! great page!

Re: Another finishYes...the end of Egypt 3 is spectacular; I just didn't have the gear to do it when I was there.
There is always deep water down there!
