Did you ever beat Eric at whatever that card game was you guys were playing in the mess tent? I kinda miss the place already...
Congrats to your friend, a big effort and those shots of Makalu are some of the best I've ever seen. But Athans/Benegas 7 Everest summits is not the non-Sherpa record. Dave Hahn and George Dijmarescu both have 9.
Awesome job on your summit!!! I'm climbing that and those pictures are such an inspiration. Good Makalu shots to. One day I will take those shots and cherish them forever!
