Looks pretty bold. About 8 km. east of Gvanda? Just south of Gora Chatbashi (trapezium?)
My reckoning via Google Earth is
Latitude: 43.221
Longitude: 42.193

In regard to coordinates, there are not quite right. When you look at the map you see 3 black spots, arrow(that indicates Kirpich) is on the first (right). The truth is that Kirpich is the first (the biggest) spot on the left with small white patch on it. It is just in the head of the left hand valley(Mirdi) and only 2 km east of Gvandra.
Actually all the peaks, except Elbrus and Cheget, are not in their right location. For example Chatkara is on the opposite (east slope of Elbrus), not on the west.
