Good climb   Sucess!

Little icy at the top, but everything is packed down/doable without spikes right now.

Winter Treks are Tough  Sucess!

Great experience overall. Did this trek as a warmup for climbing Mexican volcanoes a week later. Much tougher in the winter, the last few miles were especially difficult due to snow, weather, and ice.

many good memories  Sucess!

meny good memories of this trail, of the race, of hiking to the cliffs.
I have no recollection how many time I ran it- sometimes it would be weekly in preparation for the race. Once I ran into a bear and we both got frightened and ran away in opposite directions.
