Loser, Loser, Chicken Dinner  Sucess!

Drove to the summit from the west. High clearance and some brush along the road. Decent views of the Snoqualmie area and south to Mount Rainier and the Fifes Ridge area.

Felt like a loser for not going up here all of these years!!  Sucess!

If you have a high clearance vehicle this is now a drive up. I decided to park down lower and hike up. There are actually good views on this summit.

I'm a Loser baby...  Sucess!

The amusing name is the main thing going for this summit. It's a peak and I am happy to tack it onto my ascent list but that and a little bit of exercise is mostly what it is good for. I suppose that on a clear day and with a deeper snowpack it would make a reasonable snowshoe.

Yes! A Loser!  Sucess!

Eric suggested this peak as a possible snowshoeing or bad weather summit destination. His guess was correct. The combination of snow, rainy weather, and easy-to-follow logging road travel made this a quick November trip outdoors. Personally, I wouldn't waste a good weather day on this peak, unless it were a snowshoeing trek.
