Via The "Dewey Approach"
I summited Lyman Hill via the western approach, which I have personally nicknamed the "Dewey Approach"... after local peakbagger Andy Dewey who provided a very useful account for the western approach only one year prior. The damp mossy and loose ground of the thick forests slowed down my ascent due to safety concerns (as I did not want to slip and slide), but the snow at the top of the mountain was much enjoyed.
