Took Camino de la Candelaria from Arafo to Montaña la Crucita on our last day on the island. Montaña de las Arenas, like any other cinder cone on the island has been closed for ascent so that we had to turn around at the base of the cone.

Climbed on the descent
Climbed Camino de la Candelaria from Arafo to Montaña de la Crucita. On the return trip stepped aside to scramble onto Montaña de las Arenas. Views could have been better. Too misty to clearly see Gran Canaria above Barranco de las Gambuesas.
