The south-eastern Caldera Rim
Stood twice on top of Montaña Pasajiron as we started from the Parador Hotel, headed up Degollada de la Guajara, then out across all summits to Montaña de la Angostura. Returned the outside way but had to climb back to Montaña Pasajiron before the final descent. Wonderful day with great views.
Hiked the whole Caldera rim from El Portillo to Degollada de Guajara. Last mountain en route was Montaña Pasajiron. Poor weather and we had to return the whole way, however through the Siete Cañadas inside the Caldera. A 10h roundtrip...
