Near the summit

Kessler and Shaylee fairly near the summit of Hualca Hualca. We brought ropes and ice axes, but had to turn around below 5900 meters due to soft snow.

A big difference from when we were there! Looks like poor visibility or blowing snow?

Yes, we had quite a bit of blowing snow. It was pretty good weather much of the time, but it snowed every day as well.
