Re: Very nice and very usefulThe page is looking really great now, and has the first pictures I've seen from actually on Ngauruhoe itself. Would love to go back someday to climb it and Ruapehu too.

It's true that, previously, there were no shots from the mountain. The previous "owner" hadn't summited it, so that's probably why.
Go on snow when you go back - the easy way to avoid all that sand. You'll be on snow anyway on Ruapehu. Add Taranaki too. All these pages badly need a makeover. Take them over when you get back!

Re: Very nice and very usefulAs it happens I did make it back to NZ and managed to climb Ruapehu, Taranaki and Ngauruhoe. Have been developing the Ruapehu page a lot recently after taking it over and have added some pics to the others. Cheers.
