...and the colours are real! The grim walls of the Pt. Roncia, 3612m., one of the "giants of the Graian Alps" (actually, the first mountain of the entire Graian sub-chain!!) captured from the slopes of the opposing Pt. Lamet (3554m.), second before a violent thunderstorm forced me to a precipitous descent all the way from nearly 3100m down to the 2093m of Plan des Fontainettes, near the Moncenisio lake (a trivia - it's the exact geographical midpoint between Paris and Rome!).
