could not find good protection placements, weather was semi bad.
We tried a winter asent of the North Face and failed 50 vertical feet from the summit. We brought a rack and screws but couldnt find placment.
Yup, Scot'teryx, this one is fun as long as the right snow is on the route! I can't remember when I first did the route -- mid-1990s I suppose.
