Now that ice climbing weather is here, why not...this is my winter mitt. I have damaged (frostbitten) hands. So I have to wear the absolute best in the Canadian winters and this is my bomber mitt. Used it all last season and they are still marketing it as their marque expedition mitt.

Funny thing about price (as of today)...all the retailers, ie Back Country have it at $99. Go to Marmot's website and they hook you up with a retailer at $90. Go Figure.

I use these on extremely cold outings where detailed hand work is not necessary. They are extremely warm and comfortable to wear as well as being very lightweight and durable.

As mitts go, they are on the more user friendly side when it comes to working with your hands while wearing them, however I still have problems with handling biners and small gear.

Very warm
Used them for two years, in the Himalaya and winter in the alps. Very comfortable and very very warm , too warm for me, I sold them but for those with cold fingers and hands the right choice
