Building Page 11/22/08 The peak most see as the backdrop to Big Trinity Lake near the Trinity campgounds, Peak 9183 offers some great hiking, scrambling, early and late season mountaineering. Accessible whenever Trinity Mountain Rd is open, a summit trip from the campground will encompass about 5 miles round trip and 1800ft of elevation gain. Once on the summit you will find great views the sheer north face of Trinity Mountain, the 1500 foot drop off to the east, Steele Mountain to the North East and (many other ranges...insert names).

None. Snow blocked roads into late June/July. Downed trees. Fee for camping in campground.
