excellent...

well done....yeah, placing more screws on that 2nd to last pitch would not have been much of an option for me on WI 5 ice.....I run things out the way it us on steep ice...leading I would have asked to switch tools I suppose....hell of a place to break one..cheers

Yea, I probably would have been crying like a baby if that happened to me. Greg did a great job, and made it to the anchors with strength to spare. It sucked taking out all the screws on top-rope though. Greg and I are normally the same as you; run it out in between stances.

Fun is always a relative term when ice climbing - glad to get it done, that's for sure.
