Pomiu with fresh snow

Pomiu with fresh snow

Pomiu5413m(Center) with fresh snow. A shadow of the Fourth Girl lay across the left hand side of Pomiu.
There is pyramidal Goromiku 5582m on the left what means the upper trumpet shell. According to the "American Alpine Journal 2009 P351", Chalie Fowler made first ascent to Goromiku in 1994.

Fantastic shot!

So fine, so perfect situation... Peaks rising above the clouds and light gently spreading on the flank of mountains... Poetry is not a matter for literary men only, a good shot can be suggestive as well as a poem!

Filter?

Hi Kenzo,
Fantastic shot! Did you use a special filter to get this blue and contrast? Sebastian

Re: Majestic

Thanks for your comment, Sajama. Seven years a go, I choose the Four Girls Mountains as for the place what live and taking photos in second half of my life. I had need a kind nature, but not severe nature of Karakoram or Nepalian Himalaya. In the Four Girls Mountains, there are green forest, serene lakes with alpine flower, clear stream and snow caped mountains. That is why I choose this area.

Right, Not Left ?

Kenzo, do you mean "pyramidal Goromiku 5582m on the RIGHT" ? This peak was climbed by Charlie Fowler in 1994.

A beautiful and inspiring photo.
