Route Climbed: Normal route along Scala di Sovana Date Climbed: May 26th 2004Not so fine day - we used the normal route for the ascent. The route is marke with neon red signs and leads through the giant Scala di Sovena couloir. Final ascent from the southside through gravel (two steps up, one down) and over a short climbing section.
Coming down we encountered a german group who were carrying their two babies (less than a month old I would say) with them. Climbing with handicaps........
