As of 9/2023, the end of the Ophir road is completely surrounded by "No Trespassing" signs. The only possible way around I could see was a trail about a mile before the end of the road marked for horse and hiker use only. However, it also said to stay on the trail to avoid private property. Looks like it climbs Chandler Peak, but it would be quite a bit further from there to get up Rocky. I gave up and went home :-(
