I passed Semmering many times: 5 June 1991 by train, 12 June 1991 by train, 28 April 2008 by car (visiting also Wartenstein), 23 October 2010 by car (twice), 31 October 2012 by car, 15 April 2014 by car.
And I climbed Sonnwendstein on the 29th October 2012, starting from Greis, via Almsteig. Then I descended to Semmering Pass on Sonnwendsteinweg, and finally I returned to Greis on Waldweg
