South East Ridge of Jasper Mt.

This picture is taken from above the first notch on the ridge and shows the only place where it is probably best to leave its crest, angling down a tundra filled gully on its south side, traversing to the notch, then skirting the short cliff beyond around its north side to regain the ridge. Jasper is the snowy mountain still almost two miles in the distance.
