Start of the 'Green Zone'

A fun, and hard, 11a route in Clear Creek Canyon on the Little Eiger wall. Beginning part is a balancy move to good holds on a roof that requires some interesting footwork to make the reach. Took me a while to get the sequence this time and almost decked! Make sure you have a 70m if you want to TR it! Otherwise a mandatory double rope rappel is needed to get to the bottom. Pretty sustained in my opinion, and some tricky roofs. Good line though, and I hope to redpoint it before the summer is out. June 5th, 2007. Photo courtesy of Jeff.
