A route to the summit climbs from the bottom right corner of the photo up the deep diagonal gully to the toe of the glacier, ascends the glacier, then works up the rock at the summit.

If you zoom in on the upper left-hand corner of this photo you can see some climbers

They were part of a group that was collecting ice cores from the glacier before it all melts away. There camp was on the saddle between the two peaks.
