colors?I thought the Great Gulf would be more colorful than that? is it because of the distance or has all the leaves fallen already?????

Re: colors?On much of the higher elevation the colrs have already left or it is mostly evergreens. Colors are peak now between 1000 feet to 3000 feet. Above that the few non-evergreen trees that there are have already lost their leaves!

Re: colors?funny, because the Adirondacks are full peak right now. I was there last weekend and it was just starting to peak, amazing how it varies. each state is unique. NY, VT, NH, ME
