Re: It sure isIt's the largest single piece of granite in the world. It's 3000 feet tall and a sight to see. Yosemite Valley is a wold on its own.

It's great to enlarge this shot and see all the cracks and details up close with the tree for scale.

Re: Beautiful!Thank you very much Kathy. You are going to love it there in May. The waterfalls will be running full and the temps will be reasonable.
The one tree in the photo is in the foreground and it doesn't do justice to the scale. You need to look at the trees further, near the base, to get the true scale of the wall.
