Moni, Fred, I like the sunny picture you have from your 1997 climb! Wet grass and mud turned me back from the Kleine Fermeda this morning, but the sun came out and I thought I'd climb the Grosse Fermeda instead. I had no beta but I knew it was grade III max. All went well until the schwartze Platten (very exposed!). But then it started to rain! Long, slow descent had to follow :-(.
Still, it's a neat climb, I like the way there is a very natural line. All the best!

Descent? This is otherwise a great page, but what is the descent? How does one get off the mountain?

Re: Descent?Since this is the normal route, it's also the descent route.

Re: Descent? Are there decent anchors for Abseils?

Re: Descent?I don't recall having any problems. There both fixed anchors and good places to place them.
