The Brunegg Glacier before dawn
There are two saddles between Brunegghorn (3833m), on the left, and Bishorn (4153m), on the right. The rightmost one is the Bisjoch (3540m).
Not much of Bishorn itself is visible in this picture, only the start of the Bishorn east ridge. The route to climb that ridge starts at the Bisjoch, whereas the Brunegghorn normal route aims for the higher saddle (3649m) in the center, from where it ascends the southwest ridge.
The dark slopes on the far right belong to Schöllihorn (3500m), and the saddle with Brunegghorn is the Bruneggjoch (3365m). That's our first target of the day.
