Trouble on the Teischnitzkees

There were some holes and crevasses on the upper Teischnitzkees, which we passed on the way down from the Romariskopf. We saw several, but Wilco managed to find a small hidden one, and his right leg just dropped from under him. He didn't fall very far, but on trying to gain his balance, he put his left crampon in his right leg ... And on the same glacier, another one of my friends fell through a snow bridge! This time, the crevasse was big enough to spot, so we had the rope taught and it was no big deal, but the lesson was clear: If cross this glacier, watch out for crevasses!
