Valley below North Wall Firn near Puncak Jaya, Remote West Papua

This is a photo taken from the North Wall Firn altitude 4300 metres, located 7 hrs West of Puncak Jaya. The distance to the valley below is well over 1km and no easy access from this point is possible. Access is via a circuitous route back around the North Wall and heading towards Puncak Merentz. Time to get to the lakes below is around 8 plus hours one way. This valley extends for many kilometres, is pristine, mostly unexplored and recorded.
