view from the ridge route mid october, in upper left half is the summit. this part was good hard pressed snow, but we had really severe snow condition in the lower part and it slowed us terribly down.

Rock Climbing?

What a great Gendarme, or pinnacle or? I can't help but wonder just how often this gets climbed? My wife & I are going to attempt Hvannadalshnukur this August maybe we might try this? Great picture BTW.
