Hail was pelting down,...
Hail was pelting down, accompanied by thunder, as I descended to the middle Bushnell Lake. At this point I was glad to be off the ridge but sorry to cancel the rest of my anticipated climbs for the day. The hail continued strong for 90 minutes, probably the longest hailstorm I've ever been in. (August 2004)
