Looking up the Turtmänna river from the end of the public road up the Turtmann valley
A private road continues further up the Turtmann valley, as far as the Turtmannsee, but a clear sign and a barrier make clear that this is as far as the public road goes.
See that edge of a nice, flat, grassy patch right around the corner? That's where I had pitched my tent, just out of sight.
