I would say...most of us do share those feelings, Thomas. We all need fresh air, the warmth of the sun and the wide open panoramas of the mountains to stay alive. There is no lack of comfort, no trouble strong enough to keep us from looking for those moments where nature, life and friendship are the only important things in the world.

How's that?"I´m sure that after reading this article you will have that magic smile on your face and the feeling that you must soon get back to the mountains – independent of all concomitants!"
Well, haven't read the rest of your text yet but have the smile/feeling anyway:)

Nothing like taking off the handshoesto put the crampons on and freezing your fingers. Its funny how the concomitants don't seem to matter in retrospect. "Love is blind" -so appropriate when referring to the mountains and "how full of live" they make us feel. You said the reader would be smiling by the end of the article, heck I was laughing out loud! GOOD JOB!

LoveNow I've read your article I must say I love it, although in fact it's about infatuation rather than love; but as the mountains are wise enough to tell the difference - thumbs up!

"Just six weeks!"That's great! Six weeks of vacation per year is an unbelievable luxury enjoyed by but a few of the upper crust here in the States.
I'm a Federal employee, and my four weeks per year is considered almost unique. The most I can get is five, and I haven't worked there long enough for that.
Most folk here only get two weeks per year. Alas!
