What may be a nice scramble in the summer becomes a little more challenging in February! The trail was muddy at the base, very icy later on and lots of snow near the top. We took about 6 hours to get to the top due to the conditions then camped just off the summit, watching the moon rise over the mountain.

Great family scramble, entry landmark off the Trans-Canada to the great Canadian Rockies. Also great routes on the face and adjacent Kidd Mountain.
