High Altitude Leadership: What the World's Most Forbidding Peaks Teach Us About Success
Sprinkled with lots of climbing stories from Everest, K2, Shivling, etc. this book takes lessons learned by Chris Warner in leading people up mountains and applies them to the business world.
Although I've read some of these climbing accounts before, it was interesting to hear them again with more reflection on what went right and wrong - then have this insight distilled into sound business advice.
It is not a book about how to lead a mountain expedition, rather more general advice on how to effectively manage people.
Good stuff!

Not the usual, but a mustThe point of the book is larger than the summit, more than the mountains. These symptoms are put in context of the business world, shared with entrepreneurs in mind. What results is a business leadership book about the mountains, or a mountain book about leadership. Obviously, I take it as the latter.
