Product Description

Ditch those mangy cotton things, and pull on a pair of the Smartwool PhD Outdoor Light Mini Socks. This warm-weather sock gives you the comfort and breathability you need for long days of trail running, mountain biking, or hiking in the warmer months. Smartwool lined the sock with Merino wool for moisture and odor control, and added cushioning in the toe box and heel sections for added comfort. Strategically placed mesh zones keep your feet breathing as you burn down the trail.

when they...
did away with the adrenaline series, I was a bit disappointed. I know it is really all about reinventing the line so you can sell more to folks who do not wear out their old socks. No better than the adrenaline, but not worse, in fact, maybe they did improve the stitching and form a bit to stay closer to the skin. Best desert approach sock on the market, hands down.

These are awesome
I love these socks and use them alot. They do seem to wear out faster than similar socks by Darn Tough, but when in good shape they're the best socks ever.
