Re: nice tr

Thanks Caleb. I'm guessing it was time consuming to read as well. Kudos for making it all the way through.

Fantastic trip & TR

What an epic journey. I was particulary caught up in your account of Aconcagua not least since I summited just a month after you did - and I 'felt' the exhaustion of the Cannaletta all over again! I came up from the Vacas side though - via Polish camp 1, Guanacos camp 3, then Colera camp.
Best wishes, Mark

Re: Fantastic trip & TR

Mark, congratulations on your success! I've heard that the Vacas side is much more scenic although that's hard to believe after what I saw of Horcones. I've also heard it's a much longer and harder route. Well done!

Amazing!

What an incredible trip report, perhaps the best I've ever read. Looks like the trip wasn't too shabby either, eh? Congrats!

Re: Amazing!

That's very kind of you to say. It was a wonderful trip for sure if not an exhausting one. I absolutely insisted on taking 2 weeks to rest when I got home but it wasn't easy with all my hiking friends. They just wouldn't take no for an answer and I almost had to beat them off with sticks.

Splendid TR

Surely one of the best TR's I have read here on SP. Adding you thoughts gives it a very personal edge. Thanks for taking the time to write and share it with us!
