Route Description
From the
Col of Urkiaga the route begins following a track closed by a chain (right side if you came from Pamplona). We enter in a nice forest of beeches that is covering the hillside of the mountain.
We will come to newly Col, Larraingo lepoa (25min) in a hill. We follow always the paint of GR-11 (red and white) and we must cross a door in the metallic fence in left side to reach to col of Adi (Adipeko lepoa). Now we follow towards the right, leaving the path of GR-11 still for the track in a forest of firs and beeches.
We´re out of the forest and we see the slender summit of the mount Adi to the right (45min).
The very steepy ramp of grass goes to the summit in which there is a geodesic vertex and we enjoy of a wide landscape (1h25min).
Cultural visit to the cromlechs of Adi: from the summit we can see a very wide grassy field at East of the col of Adi and we can visit this place in a few of minutes to discover the small cromlechs of Adikosoro (the fields of Adi). The cromlechs are small and among the ten tombs of bronze's age (3,000 years B.C.) you can find two in good conditions with the full circle. It's not spectacular but it's interesting.

In the descent is a good option to follow from the col of Adi to front to the neigbor
Izterbegi (1,027m) (40min more).
